Stylish hotel in a great location. It's very close to Victoria station, but on a quiet side street, so there's very little street noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The evening wine social is a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot stay enough nice things about our stay. The staff was super responsive and so easy to message even when we got delayed a whole day to a flight cancellation. They also were quick to respond to any question/request and were always super pleasant. Room was always clean and quiet. Bonus points for the extra large bathroom towels and free wine daily. Convenient location with short walk to the tube and Buckingham Palace. Highly recommend!

Clean hotel, close to many main attractions and very close to Vitoria train station and to Victoria subway station. However, rooms are very small, and the double bed in one of our rooms was pushed against a wall, so I had to climb over my wife to get in and out of bed. Overall, a very good hotel to use as a springboard for visiting attractions, not a great hotel to spend lots of time inside.

This Hotel was absolutely ideal for our requirements. It is superbly located, and very easily accessible from Victoria. Ideal for most top London sights too! The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, scrupulously clean and wonderfully peaceful. No traffic noise whatsoever! The staff are exceptionally helpful. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant its location is such that there are a multitude of excellent places to eat within easy walking distance. Staff on reception are very good at recommending places suitable for your party. They also have a drinks reception with free drinks and nibbles. We really enjoyed this as it is a good opportunity to meet fellow guests, and also to gain further useful local information. We will definitely be using The Resident Victoria again!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. It's across the street from a small theater and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The room was perfect for two and the AC was nice and cold for our summer stay. The staff were amazing and helped us with suggestions and directions. I highly recommend The Resident Victoria!

Great location and close to tube stations and bus tour meeting places. Amenities in the room were adequate and I am sure if you are in need of a wine opener, one would be available at the front desk. If you decide to walk, there are so many tourist attractions close by plus a shopping center with an M&S store if you do not fill like having a full meal at a restaurant or did not bring enough socks. Next time I will bring my suitcase almost empty.
