We loved this hotel. We only spent two nights here, but wish we had had more time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent. The hotel itself is situated in a very nice area, literally two minutes walking to Buckingham Palace and maybe five minutes to Westminster Cathedral. It's also very close to Victoria Station, which made it easy for us to access the Underground. There is also a nice little covered shopping center close by with some nice restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely 18th birthday welcome gift in room upon arrival. Room was clean and amenities and air con in room fab. We stayed specifically for easy access to Victoria Palace Theatre to catch Hamilton which was only a few minutes walk away. Excellent amenities close by, and good access to tube station an other links Would highly recommend.

This was one of the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Europe ever!! The location is amazing , just 5 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace!! The room is big, bed super comfortable and everything is so clean in this hotel! And the staff… wow…is so amazing! Guys at the reception always welcome you with a smile and asking is there anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable!
