Beautiful room and they listened to my request based upon room location. Breakfast was amazing. Good start to the day. Lovely facilities. A really wonderful stay.

Over crowded Spa, restaurant menu was significantly reduced. Restaurant and kitchen staff need serious education on allergies. My wife ordered gluten free burger and they had ran out of buns so sent it out in a normal bun. This is serious as allergies need to be taken seriously.

Room was very clean - breakfast was plentiful and good choice.
Only down side was I asked for twin beds and they gave us a double. When I mentioned it at reception when I checked in they said I would have to pay extra which is not good when that’s what I booked.
