8/10 Very good

We had a good time at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and staff in the restaurant at breakfast were helpful. Beds were comfy. We had a few issues with noise at night - the family next door (possibly children only in room?) were extremely loud until after 11pm. The staff did help by contacting them, but took the edge off the relaxation for us.

The welcome and entrance is lovely, the bar is cosy, the breakfast is brilliant and the hot tub is a really good size and modern. But the main praise goes to the staff 😊

6/10 Good

My recent stay was the worst, my previous stays I have been very impressed. The rooms are clean and tidy, great Resturant and bar. This visit the staff seemed very overworked, food was delayed, items from the meal missing, drinks delayed. Gym and pool were way overcrowded.

8/10 Very good

Lovely helpful staff throughout. Bedroom cleaning/ preparation needs to be standardised throughout, different items in bedrooms, eg slippers and robes in some not others (needed for the spa), chocolates and biscuits in some not others. Lightbulbs out in a few places. Staff rest area should be screened off from the bedroom windows, they need time to relax too. Simple things to rectify but could make a big difference.

The staff were wonderful really friendly everyone of them. Room was clean, quiet, breakfast amazing, been a long time since I had a full English breakfast I could not have asked for better, everything was hot just lovely. Will definitely stay here again! But will ask for room with shower only, had bath with shower and have bad knee so little problem getting into and out of bath, 10 out of 10 loved it.

Staff were affable and very helpful, I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Beaconsfield. The breakfast was top-notch , the pool, steam room , hot tub and the sauna as well. I will recommend, this is my second visit and I am definitely coming back soon .

6/10 Good

We booked the premium room which was nice but our room was next to where the deliveries come through so was quite noisy. The Spa was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant. When asked how our stay was upon check out we did explain about the noise and the lovely Ibraheem gave his apologies, gave us a free day pass to come back and visit their spa and waived our room service which was very kind of him. Thank you!

Breakfast had a nice selection. Property is dated and rooms. Rooms aren’t cleaned very good nor is the hall ways of the rooms. We had a good sleep on their beds. But cleaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning.
