One of my favorite spots on Nantucket. Great location. They have setups for cocktails, so bring your own booze. Good breakfast. Plenty of coffee.

Our room was excellent! The hotel is super conveniently located, evwrything was clean and well maintained, and they were very kind when our flight delays led to us arriving the day after we expected to. The staff was wonderful and they have conveniently located coffee bars around the hotel.

Perfect, easy-peasy location from Steamship Ferry (others not far either), and to anything right in town Very helpful, friendly, cheerful Staff I stay in hotels about 150 nights per year, and this was the most comfortable bedding I’ve felt in a long, long time!

We had a wonderful stay at Broad 21 Hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially since we booked on such short notice. They made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality and convenience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it might now be my forever go-to in Nantucket. Perfectly located, walking distance from ferry, and across the street from the best wine bar Ethos. Staff is fantastic and it’s a lovely stay. Thank you 21 Broad!

We had a magnificent stay at 21 Broad! We loved the large patio with a fire pit and the indoor seating areas. The Inn was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The temperature was perfect throughout the inn. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Everything was just wonderful and we didn’t want to leave. This is my new favorite place to stay on the island!

8/10 Very good

The hotel is fantastic, I wish I could give 5 stars but the property has the thinnest walls, so everything done next to or above his heard clearly. The noise on the sidewalks are as if inside. Great location, staff is awesome. Just noise early in morning and late at night.

5 minute walk from the ferry dock. Very pleasant welcome to this exceptional property by the desk staff. Lovely bright room with modern facilities. Elevator was a big plus for us seniors. Outside patio a great spot to relax or chat with fellow travelers. Excellent continental breakfast and happy hour bites. Heartily recommend.
