The group enjoyed the stay and the visit to Central London. In the heart of Leicester Square and central London made walking to London highlights extremely easy. Although in the heart of everything, having the entrance off the square kept noice to a minimum. You could experience the energy of the City when you wanted.

This was our second time staying at the Victory Hotel Leicester Square London and it certainly won’t be our last. We live up in Derbyshire but love going to London at least once a year to see a show and enjoy the city so we have stayed at a fair many London Hotels. This is the only one I have returned to and I hope to continue to revisit. The staff are always lovely and accommodating, the rooms are air conditioned, have wonderful beds and pillows (something we can be fussy about), and the bathrooms are well stocked for convenience. It is the perfect location for London, just a teeny walk to a tube, right in the thick of it for Chinatown, Soho, and many theatres and restaurants. I am very much looking forward to our next stay sometime in the future. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Victory Hotel for always making our stay enjoyable and safe.

The hotel is very well situated. Close to Leicester Square bustle but wonderfully quiet. Two more reasons I chose this property were the sizes of the rooms and the rooms having actual windows. Property, though, seems a little dated. Could use additional lighting in rooms and hallways. For 5 nights I was there, 1 elevator was non-functioning and the other was just too slow. Luckily I'm in good health and used the stairs.

We arrived at 9am and they accepted or luggage (room wasn't ready, fair). We returned at 9pm to a cancelled room and were told due to payment. LIE. Then the manager came out and said it wasn't due to payment it was due to the room being flooded. They called their sister hotel, and couldn't find us another suite. So we went into a single room and were told they would add a roll-away bed. GREAT. Except the roll-away bed never came. We had to go back down there and remind them to bring it up. WHAT? The next morning we left the hotel again and asked that we not be moved to another room since we were sight-seeing all day. Return that evening to being checked-out and rollaway bed gone..... It was an absolute nightmare. There was no apologies, no offers of solutions, we are the ones who mentioned having a roll away bed being added. At 10pm they were just like go out and try to find another hotel.

Perfectly located in central London, just a walk from the main attactions, monuments, theaters and shopping area. This hotel does not provide breakfast, but they have a convention with the Indigo Hotel a few steps away, on the 9th floor with a wonderful view of London. Room was ok. The positioning of the TV is actually totally wrong in the room 316. Note: in the reception area, starting from noon till night there is a very disagreable smell. Really very disagreable. I do not know if it depends on the food the employees are eating for lunch, or if it depends from something else. That smell is not there in the morning. I stayed for 5 nights, same issue every day.
