Brad was a lovely host, we were in the area for a family funeral and he made our stay stress free and very comfortable. Tavistock town centre is a quick walk along the road where you can buy local produce and gifts etc. locals were lovely and friendly as well. The Tavistock House Hotel is a little gem within a world heritage listed historic stannary market town. We were warmly greeted by our host and escorted to a lovely decorated and well appointed room. A good choice of local eatery's is available within a short stroll. A tasteful continental breakfast was available to ready us for a day sightseeing in the town and local area. Highly recommended.
