The suite itself is good, lots of room and a great view. There was a trash bag full of trash on the balcony, the restroom floors felt dirty, and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. The staff at check in was a bit rude as they mistakenly assumed we had more guests staying in the room, they explained we couldn’t have more than 4 people in the room, in a condescending tone, then corrected to 6 because we had booked the 3 bedroom suite.

Check in was at 4pm got there at 3:55 didn’t get checked in to our room til 5pm due to how long the line was for the check in. About 20-30 people in line and only two workers checking people in. Finally go up to our room and i open the door to find people in there already, not only that but they were getting changed i felt so embarrassed for them and for us, had to go back down to the lobby to get a new room and finally officially entered our proper room around 5:30. Had dinner reservations at 6pm and got there 40 minutes late due to poor scheduling with the front lobby. Other than that the room and the view was nice.

The hotel is ideally located and a great option for those on a budget or for those who were traveling as a family. As a solo traveler, a large, stark apartment style accommodations left me feeling cold and wanting something a bit more appointed and warmer, feeling the towels in the bathroom were small and not large enough to dry the body, the couch looked crusty and has seen better days. I refused to sit on it. Overall, the space was clean upon first glance, but upon closer inspection, you can see that it is quite difficult to keep an apartment of this size spotless in between stays for an extended stay or a family visiting LA I think this place would be good, but if you are looking for something romantic or something cozy, I would skip For parking, use the app SpotHero, because there is availability in the building that they valet for triple the price.

The hotel was lovely. Very quiet especially at the top deck pool area. The only surprise and complaint is that the hotel charged me an extra fee of $35 per night because I used Booking to make the reservation
