Great staff, gross bathroom.
The hotel staff was wonderful! Great service. The room was ok and the bathroom was awful. Small, ugly, no operating fan, terrible soap/shampoo/conditioner and drainage. The bathroom needs a major redo! Not just another coat of ugly brown paint.

we had difficulty with Checking In. my husband was not allowed to check in & go to the room without me being present to present a photo ID. (I booked the reservation.) I had to leave a long-planned gathering, go to the hotel a half hour away, and hand over my drivers license.

A 3 star hotel trying to be a 5star.
I really wanted to line this hotel. However the service made us feel as though we didnot matter or belong. Many time not greeting us or acknowledging us upon entry and exit the 4 days we were there. In addition the room was dated stains on carpet, mosquitoes in room. The lobby, bar and restaurant all were nice clean and smelled great move o to coo riders and rooms and the luxury hotel experience drops to a holiday inn at best. On top of everything the hotel unloads their truck Saturday night at 3am outside the south rooms so if you’re looking to rest then stay in the upper hotel or somewhere else. Again I really wanted to like this hotel we stayed 4 days so we have it a great opportunity but in the end the cost vs what you received is not balanced you pay for a 5 star and get 2-3

Not worth the price of admission.
I stayed four nights for business. The hotel itself is nice the lobby , bar , restaurant are all very nice and upscale. The rooms however were not as appealing. The carpets had stains the room was dated I would and to top it off they had a truck loading/ unloading at 3am outside the south side rooms. I expect a lot more of this hotel given the price per night and location. I really wanted to like this place as I travel for business often and was hoping to make this a regular.
