8/10 Very good

Everything was very nice except that the stove didn’t work. But the bed and living and dining areas were cozy. I especially enjoyed the large windows and balcony overlooking the river.

Great location, overall very good - will stay there again when I go back to that area, The grill needs to be cleaned or replaced -

6/10 Good

Not worth the money.

Not worth $600 for a 3 night stay. I was under the impression we would have a private cabin and not next to other people. The balcony can be accessed by your neighbors so you don’t have privacy. The hot tub smelled like mildew.
Ylynn, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Delightful property sitting next to the flowing river. Room 13 has beautiful patio and window where you can see and hear the water. Office staff was helpful and flexible. Close to RMNP and Estes Park. Great base for exploring the area. Wi-Fi is iffy around the property—sometimes strong and sometimes weak. Providing a stronger signal would make this property perfect
Sheryl, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Nobody home.

Way overpriced for what they offer. No one was ever in the office when I was there.
Leland, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was great, had elk right outside balcony in the morning. Very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Derik, 3-night trip

This was our third stay here - we love the location right on the river and close to park entrance. The hot tub is great, and the balconies overlooking the river are a favorite.
Heather, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location but lacks in parking

Great location to most everything is Estes Park. The downfalls. The parking situation. Twice all 10ish spots were taken and we had to park at a neighboring lodge and walk in the middle of the night.
Rachelle, 2-night trip

We had a wonderful time at the lodge! Our room faced the river and we were able to listen to rushing water all night! Very relaxing. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. If is also super close to Rocky Mountain National Park a huge plus!

Great!

I have arrived after the office hours but I received an email with detailed instructions how to check in. The room was very comfortable and clean. The sound of the stream was very calming but it was also nice that you could not hear it when the balcony doors were closed. For me it was just a short weekend trip and I wish I could stay longer.. next time..

Nice quiet area. Great people that run the place. Very informative of the surrounding area. Elk came walking right through the property. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the rustic feel of the room. The balcony with the view of the river was fantastic. Close to RMNP. Going to sleep hearing the water was so peaceful! Will definitely be staying here next time.

Mixed review

Cute 1950’s updated lodge. Pretty location. Door code worked perfectly first day then we were locked out in the dark the second evening. They responded to our call within minutes. Early the next morning, the code failed again before we checked out.
