Lovely hotel in great location. 5 mins from Corn Exchange where we were seeing a band Lucky to get in carpark as very busy Generous breakfast with good choice and table service not buffet! Will stay again

Excellent hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Great restaurant and breakfast. Plenty of parking in extended gated car park at rear of hotel.

The room was great and well-appointed although, as we had an upgrade, I can’t vouch for the ‘cozy’ doubles. We had an excellent breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated for the centre of Stamford.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Crown. Our room was spotlessly clean and dinner in the bar and our breakfast were both excellent.,

8/10 Very good

Clean place, staff excellent and helpful. Bedroom was fine: again, very clean and pleasant but quite small and plain. Breakfasts good and generous. Evening menu lacks any salads or healthy options. Pub and bar too busy to ever get a seat on Saturday. Convenient, central to town.

Nice clean room. Really nice helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Only reason it wasnt 5 out of 5 is we were not in the main building and touch expensive ….. but maybe that’s just Stamford prices.

Fantastic overnight stay. We had a lovely room, very clean and perfect for our weekend trip to Stamford. Excellent breakfast too. Would certainly come again.

The hotel was easy to find but we had to pop in to ask for directions to the car park, but this was then easy to find and access. The location of the hotel is great for wandering around Stamford. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was on the small side but fine for a one night stay. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. Always good to find two chairs in a hotel room booked for two people!

A delightful period residence with a beautiful courtyard. My husband said the breakfast was the best he has ever had. The town itself is a chocolate box delight and the hotel matched it perfectly. A delightful stay and the staff should be applauded for their friendliness

We had a most pleasant and relaxing break in our journey home. A most well run hotel, very cheerful and professional, very friendly and thoughtful with some nice touches like a saucer for tea bags and a sausages for our dog at breakfast. I heartily recommend this hotel and think that we may well visit again just explore the local area.

We had a great stay over the hottest weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt the execution of the menu let the side down quite a lot. E appreciated the very convenient location and parking on site.
