10/10 Exceptional

I have stayed here a few times now . It’s an older hotel but the rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. There is also a good restaurant on site. The only thing that I don’t like which is not a problem for most people is that the tv is a smart one so you have to log in to apps etc and I just want to go in and switch it on and watch rather than a huge process .

8/10 Very good

The room was lovely on first impressions, not dingy or dusty just a few minor things - the shower was broken so you had to hold the shower head yourself, and there were black marks & what looked like chewing gum? stuck to the bedsheet under the pillow.
