This was a last minute booking...The location is excellent and is a great size property. It is right next to the river and has nice open space to sit and enjoy the river. Also has a nice area to eat around a fire pit. Since most of our trip was camping, we brought out our coleman stove and cooked our meal by the river and enjoyed the firepit. Also a nice jacuzzi....

Must experience

This was a cute place located right on the river. They had hot tubes and a campfire going next to the river. The staff was friendly. We got two rooms, one with queen studio was super small but the one with two queens actually had a small dining table a full kitchen and a pull-out couch. The overall experience of Ouray and the hotel was awesome.

This property has a beautiful location. Great views! You will enjoy the sound of the river. There are two hot tubs. It is close to all of the fine things Ouray has to offer. Close to trails as well. John does a great job of not only running the hotel but also making sure that you have the best experience possible.
