If spending a lot of time in Vienna, this location might not be the best. It is fairly outside of the city center but SUPER continent for the train station. Room was fun, though got a little hot at night and opening the window wasn't a great option due to the noisy area next to the train station.

Check in was easy even though we arrived after midnight and the bar is open 24/7 with nice drinks including hot wine for the holiday season. The room was big enough and very clean. The decoration and interior design is innovative and friendly, the access to airport is fast since it is located next to train station and there is a direct train from there to the airport. It is not close to the city center, however.

Location: The property is a 5-min walk from the Vienna train station, which is nice. However, there is nothing else nearby, which is a downside if you want to grab anything nearby. Cleanliness: Very clean!

Modern but inconvenient

Check in process is highly cumbersome, with loads of info needed pointlessly. Rooms are automatically assigned, if you got a good rate, you automatically get the worst rooms, on floor one, facing the street next to the elevator. Walls are paper thin, so you hear everything in the building. Rooms not properly cleaned, hair in the towels and bugs in the shower. Good location for people needing the main railway station, and polite friendly staff.
