Fantastic hotel at a great location
This is one of the best hotels we have been to in Europe. The hotel is right outside of the old town (don't have to deal with the crowd) but only 5 minute walk to get to the center of old town and many of the shops, restaurants and monuments. We were impressed by the size of the hotel, the quality of the large lobby area, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We had breakfast included in our rate. The breakfast is amazing. Very good selection, fantastic service, great restaurant. The room was large and very clean and convenient. Overall very impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it.

I spent 13 nights at The Marriott Vienna, and it was like home. Fabulous location, I walked everywhere. The staff were on point. I even requested a small refrigerator for my room so I could do a little food shopping at the grocery store just down the street. It was more affordable than having to eat every single meal out for basically two weeks. They brought me the refrigerator the same day I requested, and it worked out perfectly. Housekeeping was awesome also. This hotel is just the absolute perfect location. There is even a “hop on, hop off” bus that stops right here at the Marriott. This city is so walkable and amazing. I really am glad I had two weeks to see the sights because there is so much to see. And, this hotel was like my home the whole time, and was so comfortable, clean, very safe. The bed was so comfortable. I have a bad spine, after fracturing four spine levels, and this bed was perfect. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to get what you need. If anyone I know we’re to ever go to Vienna, this is the place I’d tell them to stay at. There is a restaurant here, a bar, plus another restaurant attached. I used room service a couple times. Expensive, but good. That’s also why I wanted the refrigerator, because at least then, I could keep yogurts, breads, cheese, salami, butter, smoothies, etc. in my room to start the day before I headed out sightseeing. The daily breakfast in any hotel can be expensive. Overall, fabulous hotel. Stay here!
