Great location; great service. Seemed to be a problem with the room heat/AC, but the weather was mild in NYC that week, so I cannot fully confirm.

6/10 Good

The hotel is in a great location but was disappointed in my room. The closet was more like a cupboard and I had to get creative on hanging my clothes. There is no chest for drawers. The lighting switches are confusing but figured them out. Even on the full lighting, the room is dim. The staff was great.

While there were communication issues with housekeeping, the experience was very good. I miss the living walls that populated the property, at least they have little gardens in the rooms. The gym was great despite the size; and the restaurant was solid. This is the only place I stay in Manhattan…

Excellent hotel with a wonderful restaurant. The service was top-notch, and the rooms were clean and attractive. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Midtown for a musical or play on Broadway.

6/10 Good

Very good workout room. They have music on that is way too loud. We had to change rooms due to a leak. The key to the new room didn’t work. I would not consider this hotel a good value but the location is excellent. A number of the staff were excellent. I think they are dealing with an old building with old infrastructure.
