We had such a fantastic stay at Convent Garden Hotel. The staff were so attentive from the start. We were able to shower and clean up after a long flight despite being early for our reservation. The room was great, the bed was heaven, and the shower had the best water pressure I have every experienced. We were sad to leave this place and move onto our next part of our journey.

I can't see how anyone can say anything negatively or indifferent about this hotel. I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. So lovely, comfortable and welcoming, you never want to leave. Location is easy walking from shopping, theater, great restaurants. Rooms are charming and beds are dreamy. Staff is friendly and helpful, from advice on restaurants to getting you a taxi. The large library is wonderful for socializing, reading or ordering a cup of tea.

We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely!

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well as neat and clean. The staff was most hospitable and inviting. The whole experience was outstanding. Concierge made everything work perfectly for us.
