Lovely room, perfect for my 1-night stay in Milan before catching an early morning flight the next day. I only wish there was a private bathroom - I overlooked the part that said "shared bathroom" when I made the reservation. But it's all good.

This was my second stay here and it was perfect! If you are staying in Milan for a night or two and want to be near the train this is the perfect spot. Great for solo travellers too, very safe! The subway is by the too, only 4 stops to the duomo and main areas for shopping. Comfortable bedding. Very clean. Friendly 24hr staff.

This is an ideal place to stay if you're passing through Milan for a night - within easy walking distance of Milano Centrale rail station and of metro stations. The amenities are basic (eg shared showers) but it's clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff very friendly, and it's very good value for money. One word of warning - you need to book breakfast in advance if you want it, you can't pay on the spot.

The property is in a great location. The facilities and room were good although a little worn however for the price it’s perfect. My only issue was with the staff member as I checked in, he was rude and didn’t explain you had to leave key when you left so chased me downstairs shouting at me saying ‘do you even speak English, it’s not hard’. However every other staff member I saw was great.

It was a hostel in all but name. Only there for 5 hours as our train was delayed and we had an early start. Room was expensive considering not en suite. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Easy to find and the location was perfect for is, but the best we could say was it limited.

WE ENDED UP WITH BED BUG BITES AND AN INFESTATION. THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. We had to share a bathroom with random people that had hair everywhere. We had to leave our keys with the front desk all day. They are a hostel not a hotel. Will never go back

24h check -in, clean rooms, poor customer care

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. The room was cold but there was an electric heater. The service could be easily improved by providing a kettle or allowing one to use the coffee machine at free hour. Attention to clients is not the highest. I asked if I could borrow a mouse overnight, the query was taken into account lacking conviction, and ended up being refused. Information on shops nearby was kindly provided, not noticing that the shops were closed.

The staff we met the first day was horrible. We came early 11am to the property as our flight reached early, we had written to the property earlier for early check in on whicb they said it can be done at 1pm. The guy at reception refused to listen to us and kept saying 2pm, 2pm only. Then we asked him to keep our luggage, as soon as he took it he asked us to leave. We were with two small and coming from long trip so we asked him if we could stay for 5 to 10mins in the lobby, he was arrogant and repeatedly started saying leave now, not even 2 mins. As we came from outside of country so my wife was only looking at wifi so that we can go to nearby places, this guy even refused us wifi access which was apparently free and said this can only be used once you check in. I believe hotels should never put their worst staff at the reception who have no courtesy on how to talk with guests expecially with families with small kids.

Very clean and convenient accommodation, staff looked after bags and transferred them into our room as we arrived before check in time. Room was cleaned daily and the shared bathroom was clean. When I booked I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded expectations and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay close to Milan Centrale Station
