Got some issues - inappropriate charges
We stayed 4 nights. The hotel was fine but it had multiple issues. The metro station is 12 minute walk and there were not any eateries or shops around. The worst part was that the hotel charged us 10 Euro in addition to booking taxes and fees as "city tax" which i dont believe should have happened. For some reason one of the days they also arbitrarily charged us 10 Euro for "parking". Needless to say we did not have any car in Milan so this is bad and they should have never charged us this fee. They also have 10 Euro charge for use of hotel room services... something very unusual for hotels. the food was available strictly during some period of times so if you were hungry outside of those hours dont count on getting any food cause "the kitchen is closed". The room itself was nice but again they got some issues they need to sort out, I would appreciate if management reimburses us 40 Euro that we paid on top of our booking fees which included "taxes and other fees".

Nice stay at hotel da vinci
Excellent stay at this hotel,we arrived early and was just going to ask about leaving our luggage instoreage but our room was ready so were able to check three hours early, our room was lovely, very clean,very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice view from our balcony, we ate in the restaurant one evening which was very nice,helpful staff. Vey happy, will use this hotel again on our next visit.

Staff were very good and friendly but the hotel was nothing like the photos at all, taxi drivers in the area are large for scammigg by, bed was also very uncomfy but the hotel interior and room was very good, tv was also advertised at 40 inch but was near enough a computer monitor mounted on the wall

A nice hotel we enjoyed our stay. The room was big and the hotel is in a quite area close to the train station and close to a nice park. The negative part were the ants, we had ants in the bathroom.
