This is a nice hotel that needs a lot of improvements and renovations. We were at a Unique Room ( technically the online at the hotel), with not even a complimentary bottle of water. Unbelievable !!. For being a suite, the cleanness and rooms conditions were doubtful. They don't care about anything at checking, they just did their simple job, gave you the room key and let's go, like...Who's next?
