6/10 Good

Hotel, quite tired. Rooms clean, but outdated. Breakfast was okay, but the ingredients felt cheap. The gym was an absolutely pathetic excuse for a Gym. Couple of exercise bikes and that was it. Carpets in public areas were stained and worn and also smelly. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, this was far from the experience I would have expected at a Radisson hotel.

Rooms and public places was extremely clean. Staff very friendly and will try and do all to meet your needs. Breakfast was nice and a good verity. Hotel was about a five minute walk to the beach or tram stop so easy to get places. Or about a 20 minute stroll to the main part of Blackpool.

Great hotel in an amazing setting, especially if you like football. Room was perfect for the length of stay, good air con and decent beds / bathroom / shower. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy walk or quick uber to Winter Gardens for the darts. Car parking could be better explained, already paid £16.50 in nearby car park and could've stayed closer for £5 if we knew.

Room was clean but probably could do with a lick of paint. Check in was easy and quick only thing I could complain about is paying £10 to park your car.
