Citizen M is fun, affordable and in a great neighborhood for exploring. If you’re up for a good vibe and a little quirky, this is your place. However, the rooms are super tiny and you’ll struggle to not trip over your luggage getting in and out of bed, or finding enough space at the sink to use your razor and toothbrush at the same time. Courtyard rooms are close to each other so you’ll need to keep blinds down a lot for privacy. There’s not enough space to work in the room but the lobby has the look and feel of a good coworking environment.

We stayed in two CitizenM properties in London. It took so getting use to; it had everything we needed. The only problem was now where to put tow people’s luggage. Had to use the desk & hassock. Very clean. Aside from towels, liquid soap & lotion, not shower cap, etc. Use of iPad for controlling temperature, blinds, lights & tv. EVERYTHING we needed for a two night stay in London.
