2night stay. Bed very lumpy and hard. Air con machines on balcony unguarded with fan exposed.woken up at midnight before check out to be told we hadn’t paid yet! Cheap but that’s about it☹️ I don’t think it’s owned by Thai people!

No one is there after hours, we heard someone fighting around 2am and it lasted for 35 min and no one not even the police did anything. The pictures on the site are correct but in poor condition the restaurant was closed when I asked they said we don’t k is when it opens pool is behind a street vendor grilling meats and all the smoke goes into the pool area I had to ask for a tv and the door latch was broken off and the door doesn’t lock after opening the door open looks nice but looks can be deceiving.

We spent nearly an hour to be advised by the newly front desk receptionist that we don’t have reservation when showed her the confirmed reservation. She repeatedly advised us there was no reservation under our names and no room is available. Luckily Noi was able to help and located the reservation. Noi was very accommodating to let us leave our luggage and have beach towels for our day tour prior to our check-in. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. Instead we got the room facing the loudly street. Roaring motorcycles and vehicles noise kept us up all night! The bed didn’t help much as it was hard as a rock! Even though the hotel is not near the actions but the traffic noise is unbearable!

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, toutes les commodités à proximité.
Les chambres offrent le nécessaire, malgré un bruit constant à cause du système installé dans le balcon.

La rue est assez vivante est agréable.
L'hôtel possede une piscine tres agreable avec ces tables illuminées le soir, sa musique et son bar.
Un super accueil, souriant et tres agreable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand balcon.

Tolles Hotel und super Service
Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, das während der Pandemie ein und ein halbes Jahr geschlossen war und seit Anfang 2013 wieder geöffnet hat. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, ist aber durch eine Glasscheibe mit Glastür sehr gut gegen Lärm geschützt. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Balkon erstreckt sich über die komplette Zimmerlänge, was sehr angenehm ist. Der Pool ist allerdings nicht sehr groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wird täglich super gereinigt. Jeden Tag frische Bettwäsche, Badetücher und 2 Flaschen Trinkwasser. Die 28 Tage waren sehr entspannend und angenehm.
