Loved my stay experience at the King room with balcony. The room was comfortable and the city views were beautiful.

8/10 Very good

Great room and staff were extremely friendly/helpful. The only issue I had with my room was the hotel has a rooftop bar that absolutely blasted music until 2 am on the weekend - as in music so loud it was rattling my windows on the fourth floor. Something to keep in mind if you're staying over a weekend and have noise sensitivity/children.

Room was basic but comfortable. Good shower and bed. Location worked for me and felt pretty safe overall.

The room was great, nice and clean. Self check in was much appreciated. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice view out the window. There was also a nearby small 24/7 connivence store, also near to lots of shops and areas. Only complaints I would have would be there was no microwave in the room and only one tiny trash can. But everything else was 10/10.

8/10 Very good

The room layout was very convenient and well designed. The room was clean, and the amenities were of good quality. The only downside was that I found a sewing needle on the floor and almost stepped on it. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

I absolutely love staying here and ONLY stay here. I’m an LA native, but live elsewhere currently and when I come home this is the only place I ever stay. I love this hotel deeply and I appreciate all the amazing customer service and hospitality they provide. Thank you so much! You won’t regret staying here.

This is a hotel in the heart of Downtown LA with all its drawbacks and advantages. The building itself is gorgeous and the rooms were clean. We opted to valet park our car for safety. The staff are very helpful. Overall a great stay.
