10/10 Exceptional

Excellent stay for my business trip to Dongguan. The staff pleasantly surprised me with an unprompted upgrade to a high-floor business room, which offered fantastic city views. The room was spacious, quiet, and even included a bathtub, though I didn't have time to use it. I also really enjoyed the impressive variety at the breakfast buffet each morning. Great service throughout and an overall seamless stay!

My best and top pick hotel in Dongguan for the last 8 years. You cannot ask for a better location and staff service is beyond expectation. Room is very clean and well decorated. Breakfast buffet is rich, just like dinner.

Really nice rooms. Good full breakfast options. Not many english channels on tv. Very helpful staff and in the city center. I just booked for 2 weeks in April for Canton Fair. They have a free daily shuttle.

2/10 Poor

Avoid this hotel if you are an international traveler!!! The way that they were attempting to charge my credit card froze my card multiple times and luckily a few owns could send me $ on WeChat so I had a place to sleep. One time they tried to charge my card repeatedly 7 times!! And when I asked them to slow down to allow my bank in Canada to process the payment properly they were stressed to get payment and made the situation worse. This happened to me 4 times and each time caused me to spend hours with my banks fraud department in Canada. The location is great, very central but the property is worn and things like the A/C worked very poorly. A horrible experience overall and avoid staying here if possible!!

8/10 Very good

Never got up in time for the breakfast besides the complementary bananas and figs (tasted like little apples) were plenty for a health breakfast Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Complementary safety deposit box didn't work at first but staff quickly fixed with it new batteries. Range if TV in English very limited unless you paid for the reasonably priced, very wide range of films
