10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the room with two queen beds is spacious enough for a family traveling with kids. The staff was incredibly helpful; they let me check in much earlier than my scheduled time because I arrived early and the room was available. It’s just a short walk away from Times Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Difficult to get to via car in Times Square, but to be expected. Great location on a side street from Times Square so not too loud but near all the action. Housekeeping was amazing and staff was fabulously kind.

Clean rooms. Tallest bar in NYC. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location. Useful store in the lobby. Next to a Walgreens in case you need some items.
