The staff makes the experience very special. We felt like we were in a movie. The food is spectacular and the breakfast is plentiful. They brought around a menu as well to order from and it was all complementary (breakfast). Carol was wonderful on our Cava tour and the entire place is special because of the hospitality that is provided. The rooms are also very clean.

We loved this hotel in "Cava country" in Catalonia Spain. The room, staff and view were amazing. We took walks and drives into the countryside to the west of the hotel and found some cute vinyards. There Cava at Msr tinell is great and there restaurant is amazing

This was amazing from start to finish. 5 star service. The staff treated us amazing and the hotel was so romantic. If you are considering it for a special occasion absolutely go for it. They left us a bottle of cava and macaroons in our room! It’s only a 5 minute taxi from a train station and the train took 1 hr from Barcelona. We did the wine tour and Alex our tour guide was fantastic - I’ve done alot of tours before but this one was so gripping. 10/10 from start to finish. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious.

Amazing and spectacular place. The rooms are very romantic and comfortable. The service is very personal and welcoming. High regards to Andrea, Carla, and Luis for making us feel at home. Did the wine and cava tour with Nico, that introduced me to a great cava to take back home. Can't wait to come back.

An experience with a luxury touch

I loved this hotel. It was very unic and stylish. Room was extraordinary and breakfast was a la carte which I fancy. Would recomend to take the wine tour as their is not very much else to do in the area except for walking. Sitges is 30 min drive from the hotel so good option is to combine this stay with some additional days in Sitges.

For the money it is per night I really don’t get it. Yes it’s a quirky building but there is literally nothing to do around it and we weren’t allowed to enter the dining room unless we wanted 8 courses. If you wanted a couple of courses the only way to eat is in your room. I certainly would never book again. Couldn’t fault the staff but I just don’t understand why it’s 400 quid a night.

Not a warm, welcoming place.

Found this hotel to be way too quiet and not very interested in ensuring guests have an entertaining stay. Some details were wonderful, but often felt like we were all alone. If we wanted a drink at the pool, we had to come find someone, and then once we got one drink, no one followed up. I felt bad asking for anything. There was one woman at the front desk that was friendly and helpful, but even she didn’t have any recommendations for things to do in the area when we asked. We couldn’t event do a wine tasting here, on a winery. Beautiful space but would not recommend because the warmth in the service was lacking.

Dies war unser vierter Aufenthalt im Hotel Mastinell und wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, den Zimmern und dem Personal. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Wir haben das Degustationsmenü zweimal genossen und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Tatiana hat uns während unserer Tour und Verkostung mit ihrem umfangreichen Wissen über Cava und Wein sehr gut unterhalten. Da wir mit dem Auto da waren, haben wir auch wieder ein paar Kartons Cava mitgenommnen. Er ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Einen Ausflug zum Weingut Torres können wir auch empfehlen.

O hotel é incrível. O cuidado com todos os detalhes, o atendimento, o conforto a experiência gastronômica do hotel é maravilhoso. Uma arquitetura única que impressiona por todos os detalhes diferentes e de bom gosto. Adoramos fazer a visita para conhecer todo o processo de como são feitos os vinhos e as cavas e depois fazer degustação.

Wir haben zweimal das Degustier-Menü genossen inklusive der zugehörigen Weine und Cava. Das Premium Cava und Weintasting im Hotel sollte man unbedingt mitmachen. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Begleiter, der alles in Englisch uns erläutert hat. Zu empfehlen wäre das Weinmuseeum in Penedes zu besuchen. Auch einen Ausflug nach Montserrat oder Barcelona kann man gut von dort aus unternehmen.
