Everything and staff was great. Only issue was that it was a hard mattress and you couldn’t open the window to regulate the temperature when needed. The air conditioning was hit and miss. Breakfast was impeccable and my luggage was stored with care.

Hotel was well located and superb inside. Only downside was breakfast, which was slow and rather poor quality. Cooked breakfast was fine (average) whilst the porridge had presumably sat on the hot plate for a while (had a crust on it). We almost cancelled breakfast due to having to catch Eurostar but the breakfast just came in time. We didn’t have time to send the breakfast back which, if time wasn’t pressing, we would have done. Shame since the hotel was otherwise lovely.
