The hotel and room were lovely, unfortunately the WiFi was down throughout my stay and the complimentary wine as stated in my room was not present. The food was delicious in the restaurant though a very limited menu

We had amazing time at the hotel due to extraordinarily great customer service by the staff. We were checked in nicely with extra help by the receptionist (I am forgetting her name- Liam?) She was helpful. She let me use one of the meeting rooms at 2.00 pm for an office meeting over Zoom as we waited for the check-in at 3.00 pm And then Michelle took over the duties and she was the best hotel staff ever. Michelle was brilliant, she helped me in making sure that my wife's birthday at the hotel was celebrated in the best possible manner. She arranged for the candles for her birthday cake, got the flowers delivered to our room. She was so pleasant and a delight to deal with. She wore her smile all the time and was wholeheartedly trying to make our stay a great experience. Thanks Michelle for everything! Would love to stay again!
