Gorgeous hotel! Loved it. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and absolutely spotless. Only small thing is the bar isnt really a bar as such, more an area in the drawing room but its still fabulous. Very quiet and in great area.

Fantastic hotel with amazing service!

10/10 would stay again. The service was amazing, it was spotless, the bedding luxurious, and fantastic location! Thoughtful touches (homemade shortbread every night with turndown service, an anniversary dessert brought to us, etc) made the stay extra special. Just book it!

Hands down one of the BEST hotel experiences ever. The staff, especially MARK, was incredibly. The food was unbelievable. The afternoon tea, scones, breakfast, fish and chips at this hotel was so good. I would go back to London just to stay here again.
