Trostraße bathroom

The room was clean and had great well prepped toiletries. The bed was quite comfy and bathroom was clean enough. The on down side will be with the WC it seems to be faulty with a tilt and that seems to cause a smell, that needs an immediate repair.

Majoitus vastasi hintaa ja odotuksia. Katu oli meluisa, mutta korvatulppien avulla sai oikein hyvät unet. Sänky ja lattia natisivat, mutta se ei isommin haitannut. Perus mukavuudet löytyivät, asunto oli siisti ja yhteydenpito toimivaa.

This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna.

Just returned home from a midweek break with partner, response from owners are really efficient, the flat itself was pretty clean. The building itself old and in need of updating but that’s part of the uniqueness of this property. Comfortable bed, plenty of space & storage, would happily come back again when I’m next in vienna. Streetcars on the doorstep into vienna itself. Only thing lacking in this property would be laundry facilities. Thanks for accommodating are earlier check in.

Lieu non loin de schonbrunn et du centre de Vienne. Tramway direct pour la ville. Appartement avec toutes les commodités. Vieille bâtisse ,manque de propreté dans les escaliers pour l'accès à l'appartement.

不是飯店, 是日租公寓, 價格沒有比飯店便宜, 但沒有什麼服務, 沒有櫃台, 沒有人來帶, 入住一切自助式, 走道有霉味, 沒有人在維謢, 有任何需要人來服務的話, 還要額外收費, 我們就被收了35歐元, 住客沒有公寓出入大門鑰匙, 要按任何其它住戶的門鈴請人開門, 運氣不好的話還無法進入. 很不方便.

感想！

ヨーロッパのアパートをそのまま活用している宿なので、ヨーロッパに住んでいるかのような感覚を覚えることが出来ました！ベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。 ウィーン中央駅まで電車で25分とアクセスも良好です。 ただ宿泊確認のメールなどは早めに対応しないとメールが届かず締め出されて地下室で過ごすことになるので注意が必要ですね、あと入るときに電話をするのですが現地で使える携帯を持ってなかったので大変でした

Fernseher funktionierte nicht, trotz Reklamation konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Keine Antwort oder Erklärung durch Servicemitarbeiter. Zimmer nicht gerade sauber (Kartons in der Ecke und auf dem Kasten). Leselampe auf der rechten Bettweite keine Glühbirne. Rollo am rechten Fenster kaputt. Bad besonders schmutzig (Silberfische und Käfer) Geschirrspüler voll (Geschirr schmutzig). Nicht zum Weiterempfehlen.

커튼이 업소 블라인드 하나는 고장이 났고 침대 아래에는 먼지가 가득합니다. 창문이 완전히 닫히지 않아 조금씩 들어오는 찬바람에 밤에 싸늘 합니다. 위치는 교통이 편리해서 여행다니기 괜찮다고 생각했는데, 이럴 줄 알았으면 조금 더 지불하고 4성 호텔에 머물 것을 하는 후회와 이런 방에 이런 가격을 책정했나하는 욕지거리가 나옵니다.

Vi havde ikke noget varmt vand og ingen TV programmer det første døgn. Badeværelset var så lille at jeg skulle sidde skævt på toilette, for ikke at støde benen mod skabet under håndvasken. Åbningen til brusekabinen var meget small. Vi boede mellem 4 bordeller, samt 2 børnehaver.

Der Lattenrost und Matratze gehören erneuert

War Geschäftlich unterwegs. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie hat man eine gute Verbindung in die Stadt. Parkmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto sind viele zu finde. Das Bett wäre das einzige was wirklich zu beantstanden wäre. Im Lattenrost fehlen teilweise die Sprossen und die Matratze ist schon mega durchgelegen. Die Wichtigsten Gegenstände findet man in der Wohnung. Einchecken und Auschecken waren angenehm.

совершенно обычный фасад, входная дверь с именными кнопочками домофона... коридоры начала ХХ века с барочными раковинами и медными кранами, окна во дворик - это не стилизация, а совершенно нормальная атмосфера Города. Что может быть лучше? - только то, что за деревянно-стеклянной дверью с решеткой в саму квартиру - там чистота, простор, покой, всё новенькое и свежее. Для себя, для романтических встреч - идеальное пространство. Бизнес-партнера, конечно, не пригласить - там квартира-студия. ВАЖНО!!!! трамвай №1 от остановки под домом (20 секунд ходьбы) идет до Оперы, до пл. Героев и Музейного квартала, Дворца Сиси, почти до музея Фрейда = т.е. очень удобное расположение, хотя даже в точках информации предлагают кучу пересадок (уверяю - лучше пробежать между парой барочных строений, чем по бетонным переходам). Спасибо! P.S. - это аппартотель, там нет обслуживания - "4" - я поставила, т.к. на сайте написано, что оплата после проживания, но на самом деле - в день заезда приезжает агент и берет плату + 35 евро за уборку (кстати, не волнуйтесь! - никто не шастал со шваброй всю мою неделю - пылесос, стиралка, посудомойка - всё было. Белье восхитительное - чисто белое). есть утюг и доска, микроволновка. за расположение "4", т.к. сами венцы не знают как куда доехать, но если просто почитать маршрут трамвая - проблем нет!!! окрестности "3" - логичнее сказать " не знаю". Это юг Вены. До Оперы по прямой минут 10 на трамвае.
