I love this hotel, the location is wonderful for seeing the city. The rooms are enormous which is great when traveling with family. It's great to sit in the lobby and have coffee in the morning. Valet was very nice but the staff at the front desk wasn't the most pleasant or helpful. Overall great hotel.

6/10 Good

Great location. Staff was friendly. Gym was great. Restaurant and rooftop bar closed early - well before the hours documented on the card in the room. Room didn’t get cleaned everyday and was cleaned poorly when it was. Would stay there again because of the excellent location.

8/10 Very good

Looks like the rooms may have recently been updated, but the carpet and some of the furniture in the lobby could use a refresh. We had shower issues - tub that wouldn’t drain properly and squealing pipes. Also, the AC stopped working the last night of our four night stay. Overall the room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows; and the staff were very helpful. Great service at the hotel restaurant!!
