10/10 Exceptional

On arrival we were greeted by 2 very friendly and helpful doormen. We arrived earlier than check/in and just asked to drop our bags before heading into London. The staff immediately obliged and then 10 minutes later informed us that they had been able to sort out room and we could go straight up, which was wonderful. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast had a great selection and all staff were extremely helpful. The pool area was relaxing and well worth a visit to unwind from a long day in the city. An excellent hotel - with close proximity to tube stations - we will definitely be back.

8/10 Very good

We experienced a problem with check in and the storage of our luggage however on check out our comments were taken onboard and a complimentary upgrade offered on our next stay. It was dealt with professionally by Daniella. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff all very pleasant.

Gym is limited. 2 running machines and a few weights. Running machines both need a service as their belts are loose. Otherwise great hotel. Great location and staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are top notch and very helpful, available at all times. The room was spacious with lots of advanced features for the lighting and TV. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room are worth going to for a relaxed time as well. The staff went above and beyond for a birthday celebration with a glass of prosecco and a very nice decoration to the room, which I had asked for prior to the stay. I would highly recommend booking here for a very pleasant trip.

Staff were spot on and very helpful, room was immaculate, had everything you could ask for, controllable colour lighting, tele, a big bathroom and underfloor heating throughout which you could control, very classy feeling to the hotel and in a very ideal location for transport. Has its own bar/restaurant including the rooftop which was really nice too
