Roomier than a Greenpoint railroad apartment and probably cheaper these days. Staff was fantastic, nearby Milk and Roses was a hidden gem for brunch, dinner, coffee. Easy to get to transport.

The hotel and rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly but not necessarily the most efficient. Street parking in the area is free but not easy to find. The hotel does have an agreement with a lot just a couple blocks away where guests can park at a discount.

This is our go to place when we visit our daughter in NYC. It’s a cute little boutique hotel with a great location for us. The restaurant/bar located inside is a great place for a night cap. Staff is always very friendly. The room is clean and the bed is large and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was eclectic but seems like it has not been updated for a while which I was okay with. The cable for the TV in the common living area did not work but did work in the bedroom. My major concern was that the room had roaches. I bought some raid and sprayed the room which did not seem to help. This was so unexpected especially for this price point.
