"The Park Royal was such an incredible hotel. 5minute walk from Town Hall station, less to Darling Harbour. The staff were so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our experience was better than the best. Beautiful, clean and modern hotel. The buffet breakfast was top quality, so many delicious options. Thank you team, we would certainly recommend the Park Royal and will be staying here again."

Rydges Sydney Central

10/10 Excellent
"My daughter and I recently stayed at Rydges World Square in early October for 4 nights. We enjoyed our stay there and chose the green option to not have our room cleaned. However there were a couple of matters about the green option that I think could be improved upon to make it a more favourable option for guests who are down there for a leisurely stay. 1. I think 2 towels should be provided for guests staying more than 2 nights because there are no drying facilities in the rooms. 2. I think it would be a simple matter for you to provide a chux rag for us to wipe down surfaces and wipe out cups that we used to drink the tea and coffee provided. 3. And finally a set of recycled cutlery that could be used by guests who may bring snacks to the room to eat after dinner. And always a bottle of water to be available from the fridge. These are just a few suggestions that I have thought of but I am sure you would agree that the green option should not mean living in less than ideal conditions. I felt our comfort was compromised and the $30 we received off our bill did not compensate for the inconvenience of having to put up with damp towels dirty cups and no cutlery to use when we needed it. I hope you will take on board my suggestions and offer these little extras to the guests who choose the green option who are staying for more than 2 nights. Thankyou Cheers"
