It’s ace
Didn’t love it as much as the Ace Hotel in New York but almost! Friendly staff, good food, fun lobby bar, well appointed small room that was clean and comfortable. Easy walk from Central Station, light rail and city centre. I will stay again.

Comfortable stay, great location.
Stayed here as I was able to get a last minute deal in a great location. Room was compact, but comfortable and well set up. Modern fitout, decent lighting plan and a couple other fun touches. I was in the old section; high ceilings. My room was quiet and well lit, and staff were able to accommodate an early check in. Hotel lobby a nice place to hang out during the day to get some work done, but starts to get lively mid /late afternoon. Thank you.

Convenient location
Happy with stay. Convenient location for walking around the City and to get to start of City to Surf. Off site parking was close and reasonably priced. Reception staff were friendly. Room was clean and adequate for the 4 of us. Our only problem was that even though we booked for 4 people the room was stocked with towels for only 2. We were told they would send up more towels after arrival but they never arrived. We had to chase them up. We also only had tea and coffee for 2.
