Underwhelmed
Staff barely spoke English, took a long time to check in, insufficient staff, wrong directions to car park. No help with bags at drive in. Had to look for help at every step. Restaurant was not up to 5 star hotel standard. Staff not knowledgeable at all except for head guy who had to do everything. Very loud. All in all, definitely not a 5 star experience.
