Why Impose A Surcharge on Credit Card Payments????
The hotel was really good. The only thing which disappointed me was they imposed a surcharge on your bill if you pay by credit card. Tell me - how many people carry that much amount of cash nowadays?

Very Good8.0
Great location
Great location: you can go on a walk by Darling Harbor and under the bridge, straight to the Opera House and back. We landed right before Christmas, and the surrounding area was all decked out. It was great to walk around, and very busy with pedestrians. Breakfast was insane, so good! The only oddity is that you had to get an elevator to the reception on the 8th floor, but you got used to it pretty quickly. Just didn’t have the grand entrance of other hotels in the area.

Great Hotel on Every Aspect!
Excellent hotel on nearly every aspect. If having any complaint, perhaps the pool and jacuzzi could be open later.

Rude staff and early morning disturbance
I don't think the hotel staff were fully trained by the management. No smile from the concierge, the front desk check-in lady was so impatient(she left from me before checkin process was completed and never showed up again even after being called by other staff), and someone knocked my door at 6:30am to disturb my sleep with no reason. Very UNHAPPY stay and NEVER go back to this hotel.
