A quick refuge from the west side of Austin (or AUS airport), I wouldn’t define as luxury, but certainly welcoming and satisfying, with the vibe of a mountaintop overlooking Texas hill country. Maitre de of restaurant a fine fellow, surprisingly delicious kale salad, good wine available. Room was comfortable, 8th floor gave great views of the countryside. Would definitely stay there again, especially if arriving in the afternoon or evening with plans to continue on the road next day.

This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the bar was quite lively for a Monday night when we arrived. The hotel was comfortable and convenient for our trip. We especially were happy to have a room with a sliding glass door so we could get fresh air in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional with a lot of storage. The Nespresso coffee machine is a great feature. One small comment is that the furniture is a bit tired and could use touch ups to repair the knicks and scratches.
