Short Stay
Customer service exceeded expectations. Enjoyable place to relax and enjoy amenities. Food however was very expensive and did not meet our expectations. Expected to stay longer than one night however, the area is experiencing lower water table and the resort was without out one day due to replacing a power transformer.

Amazing views
Superb. Perfect get away. The only issue was access for handicap to the pool area. Our busboy, Elvis was friendly and efficient. Always had a smile.

Bad service
Requested early check in and was informed that they have one available just needs to be inspected. 6 hrs later of waiting and waiting and still not inspected. They never gave us options or never went back to us unless we come to them and ask. Pool has missing tiles and molds noted. Only one restaurant is open with very limited options. Wedding anniversary mini getaway is ruined!

Dirty and outdated
The hotel is more outdated than what shows in the pictures and the cleaning service does not do a good job. Upon checking in, our room had open chocolate bars on the floor from the previous guest, there was mold on the bathroom and we found a cockroach in the bed one of the nights. On top of that, they negleted to clean our room for one of the nights

Room for improvement
The resort was pretty but overpriced. The pool has missing, chipped and moldy decking around and in the pool. There was not a lot of sitting around the pool. The beds in our room were incredibly high. I am 5’5 and the top of the mattress was at my waist. The mattress were really soft. The restaurant did not have English speaking staff. They struggled to understand what we were ordering directly from the menu. They should have had someone shadowing them. Tried at lunch and dinner. The food was overpriced for the quality. The pasta and salmon were over cooked. Dinner for 8 people with dessert for 3 and no alcoholic beverages was over 400.00. I don’t mind paying for a great meal but this was not that
