No Wifi
There was no wifi as advertised, and parts of the building were being remodeled. Construction noise, scaffolding, construction debris everywhere. Rooms were dated but clean. Beds were comfortable. Would have been an OK stay except for the promised but unavailable wifi.

My stay at La Quinta was very welcoming. We got married that night and just wanted to get away for the night to spend with my wife. They allowed my sister to go in and set up a very romantic scenery for us to arrive to without any issues from the staff. La Quinta is currently under renovations and they Informed us about this ahead of time incase we wanted to cancel, but we kept our reservations and glad we did. Thank You for everything and we will stay there again.

Very comfortable hotel
We had a very good stay. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishing but other than that everything was good. The room we stayed in had already been upgraded and was nice. Our trip was quick, and we didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did, they were friendly and efficient.

Very dissatisfied
First it did not state hotel was being renovated & construction everywhere. This is a big safety issue! No housekeeping throughout my whole stay. I called to front desk as soon as I got into my room to see if I can change from the king bed to two beds. Desk clerk says she couldn’t do it because she wasn’t allowed and had to call her manager first. I waited and didn’t hear anything so I called back. She then told me the manager said they can’t change my room because the rooms were limited (they have 4 floors & 2nd floor was completely closed off for construction) and they were booked. Well, there were no more than a handful of vehicles in the parking lot for my entire stay ( including employee vehicles) I hate that I have to be lied too & excuses have to be made. This hotel was way less than 50 % occupied so what is the big deal with a room change??? Breakfast bar was ALWAYS DIRTY & there was a employee there supposedly attending to it but we had to tell her several times that items needed refilling. I felt I was working there!! Why didn’t we get housekeeping? They didn’t say anything at check in about this. At checkout all was told to me when the desk clerk did acknowledge me because she was on the phone, she whispered to me ‘checking out’ I told her PLEASE!! I waited a whole minute for my receipt and left. No bye, kiss my ass, good riddings NOTHING!!! Soooo dissatisfying & disappointed with my entire stay. I know I will not stay here ever again!

Not up front about remodel
Told at check in that Wi-Fi slow but actually non existent. Had to go to Waterburger Thursday night at 11:30 to download a file. Was planning on working from hotel but instead had to work at Starbucks Friday. Didn’t make up room Friday, complained to front desk and was told they only make up rooms on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Told it was on a sign at front desk but they couldn’t find sign. They were remodeling which was fine but not told ahead of time. Room was large and clean, just horribly inconvenient without Wi-Fi
