Good value for money
Room was very clean inside. Stay was comfortable. Utensils inside the apartment were very good and sufficient for a family. Free WiFi was excellent. The location was good as Tram station is just next to the building. Only draw back is the approach staircase to the apartment which was very dirty at times.

OK, but for a couple days
The apartment was good, but neighbourhood... too much "orient". It was easy to get to the center of town - no more then 20 min by tram and subway. The weather was very hot when we were here, and it was not comfortable without conditioner.

夜中のチェックインはお勧め出来ません！（要英語力も）
夜９時以降のチェックインは別途€２０取られます。部屋の清掃代として宿泊費とは別に€３５取られるので、数日しか滞在しない人は意外な出費が掛かります。 中にある洗濯機が壊れてて水浸しになる（ドイツ語しか表記されてない、乾燥機能のない洗濯機）のと夜の担当者の英語力が微妙な人で（日中はまともに会話出来る人が出た）何回も電話も結構面倒でした。 一般のボロいアパートの１部屋を買ってリノベーションした部屋を貸し出している様子で、同じアパートの住民はそれを知らない様子で、１Fの入り口では「ここはそんな貸出の部屋はない」と言われたり、結構大変な思いをしました。 トラブった際には英語力が必要なので、喋りがダメな人にはお勧め出来ません。あとエアコンはないみたいなので、（小型のヒーターはあるけど、天井が高いので寒い冬はこれだけだと心配です・・）春・秋にはいいかも・・・・扇風機が一台あります。 良い点はキッチンには皿・コップ・コーヒーメーカー・トースター・まな板・包丁・フライパン・鍋・ワインオープナーなど何故かキッチンだけ充実していました。 Wifiもちゃんと繋がる、トラムの停留所から近いのみですね。次回は利用する気はないです。

조용하고 알뜰한 여행
무엇보다 트램이 가깝고 빈 중앙역, 빈 미테역이 가까우며 빈 서역에 가기도 편했습니다. 호프브르크, 슈테판, 벨베데레, 오페라하우스 등 거의 모든 관광포인트에 가기 편했습니다. 트램이나 지하철을 이용하는 것을 어려워하지 않는다면 말입니다. 아파트는 조용한 거리에 있고 근처에 수퍼도 있었습니다. 음식점도 있고요. 다만 건물이 낡고 건물입구에 전등이 없어 밤에 들어갈 때는 불편했습니다. 그러나 이정도의 위치에 이정도의 가격이라면 만족스럽습니다.

とても快適に滞在させていただきました。ベッドのマットレスが少し柔らかすぎたのが難点でしたが、キッチンも使いやすく、交通も便利で過ごしやすかったです。あとはお風呂があればありがたかったですが。
