Room was nice and clean as was the bathroom.Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Bar and gardens were very nice. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food looked good. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of parking at the hotel as well. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

6/10 Good

On the whole we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was of a high standard and the general standards of cleanliness was good overall. However, we just felt generally that the hotel needed some TLC. With it being an old building paintwork was scuffed particularly in the stairways and carpets could do with a refresh. The inside of the lift doors were smeared and dirty. The room itself was fine however the ceiling of the shower had damp spots and smelt musty. Also the main bar areas would benefit from some background music as it felt soulless at times.

Staying at Manor House was a treat. The breakfast was delicious. One can order hot breakfast and the buffet items were served fresh daily. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming. Despite this being an old mansion, the Manor House has been restored beautifully. The bed was comfortable with a nice en-suite shower and bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, our room was lovely, my only gripe would be that we had to ask for more coffee pods as you only get 4. The reception staff were lovely & very helpful. They also have plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel.

8/10 Very good

An architecturally beautiful hotel with a lovely garden. It's well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good offering a wide choice of fresh food. 95% of the staff were helpful and very welcoming, but were let down by one curt stroppy member behind the bar. The hotel was incredibly hot even with the radiators turned off in our room.
