Staff went above & beyond from the date of booking till the end of my stay to make the stay comfortable and up to the highest standard. Had a minor issue with air conditioning and they offered to move me into another room or bring a fan & an air conditioning unit, I chose the fan due to it being less hassle. Breakfast was 10/10. I wish I knew the name of the staff member who checked me in as he was a wonderful host and I would liked to have thanked him personally. This is my second stay at this hotel and I highly recommend

Check in was excellent, upgrade to free breakfast and a free bottle of prosecco delivered to room. Room was extremely hot with air conditioning not working, reception informed. Breakfast was buffet and ok but very crowded and slow to replenish empty serving dishes. No poached or fried eggs , minor moan. Allian all a suitable 1 night stay.

The staff were very helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated in the extremely hot heatwave. The bathroom was very large. The shower was very good. The only negative point was the wash basin in the bathroom was tiny. In view of the large size of the bathroom a much larger wsh basin could easily have been installed.
