Excellent centrally located hotel that delivers outstanding customer service for their customers. Excellent quality sound proof rooms, clean and tidy, Breakfast was good and the options for Gluten free customers was tremendous. An outstanding stay and would definitely book this hotel in Cardiff if an overnight stay was needed.

10/10 Exceptional

Having arranged to meet friends in Cardiff and not knowing the city, we opted to stay at The Clayton, very close to the station. The hotel far exceeded our expectations and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were clean, quiet, bed very comfortable and with all the facilities one could need. All the hotel staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good as was the main menu. An excellent short break in a perfect location.

Room was nice and relatively clean , a few dirtier bits ( around bath etc but nothing major ) there was 3 big flies in there too but the windows don’t open so that was very annoying , staff were lovely , and the hotel itself very convenient to everything - would definitely stay again ,
