Poor customer experience.
Awful experience. Hotel needs a refurb. The lighting was also unsually dark and lacks brightness.
Telephone in room not working. The aircon in my room was not working. Used my mobile to contact front desk about no aircon as room was too warm. The lady on the front desk that was working on 28th, came to the room to check the air conditioning and promised she would get maintenance to look at issue and someone else the next day (29th) would let me know as she said aircon did have issue but maintenance team were only available next day. On 29th morning, Ajay on front desk had no idea about the issue and I had to explain entire situation to him which he said he would get maintenance to look at. I said to Ajay they should change my room if aircon does not work but he seemed confused. Upon my return in afternoon to hotel on the 29th, the same lady that came to the room on 28th was on front desk and said she didn't know what the update was as she was not working in the morning demonstrating a poor and unhelpful attitude.
House keeping didn't replace toilet roll.
Shambles all around.
