A great welcome on arrival, the hotel is a fine old building, the restaurant having fabulous wood panelling. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was excellent. We are walking the circular Herefordshire Trail and return back to Ledbury, where we look forward to staying again.

Staff and service were excellent. Food was 1st class. We had three breakfasts there and all were well presented and fresh and tasty. We had a evening meal there (6 of us) and the main menu had plenty of choice ,well priced and really good. Just one small niggle we were in the twin room No 5 and because of the age of the building the ceiling height was very low. The room decor was a little dated . Our other friends were i the "stable block" and these rooms were very new and fresh and spacious. We would stay there again but in a taller room .

Fantastic staff! Bedroom was big and roomy, clean, well decorated and all amenities included. Only negative is that there is no parking but we were aware of that and there is a public car park literally a 100 yards away. A special mention to the breakfast staff who were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay here again.
