Outstanding and Worth the Price
This was easily the best hotel stay that I’ve had post pandemic. Outstanding service with an attention to detail you only see at properties much higher in terms of cost per night. The rooms are exceptionally appointed. I had a standard room and was blown away. I can’t imagine what a superior or a suite room would be. Food choices were more reasonably price than neighboring restaurants in the area. I absolutely will stay here again when I’m in Toronto.

Staff is excellent and the room is spacious and clean. The location is great as well, there’s a grocery store and lcbo (liquor store) attached to the hotel property which is extremely convenient is you were staying multiple days.

This hotel is located very centrally and right on the Maple Leaf square close to hockey games. Downtown is walkable and there is a nice underground grocery next door. Room and bed was very comfortable! The only issue is that there was no bottled water in the room or minibar, and I actually had to go next door to buy one and later found the property billed me $10 for bottled water! Called to have it credited back but it was not correct and seemed if I were not vigilant I would be charged for something I did not consume.
