Rooms were fairly clean. The bedsheets and pillows were not. The fridge had a terrible rattle throughout our stay. It would have been convenient if the one phone in the suite connected to the front desk. TVs were not Smart as advertised. Towel bars should be installed in bathroom. Parking should not be an additional fee.

Super clean and friendly staff. Due to them being a green property you would have to request turn down if you need it which was no issue at all. Not sure why people complained about that before unless they didn’t read the pamphlets in the room. The staff had no problem accommodating our requests.

Great place! Love the experience!
I was just visiting my girlfriend for a few days and choose this spot because we use to actually be students here and lived on the residence. It was great to see all the update, the rooms were very nice and the house keeping staff is always working hard to keep the entire place well maintained. Too bad when I was a student, the campus and the room didn't look as good as it does now. My stay was very good,rooms are good enough and especially after the renovation, they are a lot better ( lucky students). The area is great as it has everything I need around it, plus I use to live here so I knew where to go and what I wanted. The front desk staff were easy going, friendly and quick checking me in, I don't get why people give them such a hard time. Maybe because they feel like it's an actual upscale hotel so they feel entitled but they are nice and understanding people. I would love to stay here again but unfortunately it only runs in the summer. Nonetheless if you just need a place to simply sleep then this is a great spot. It's very clean compared to most 3 star place like holiday inn but better. Only downfall is the rooms not being very sound proof but it's not unbearable that I couldn't sleep. I actually got very good sleep! This is a great place to stay! If you drive, close to the highway, if you don't, easy access to TTC and can get you to nearby subway station with ease. Love Seneca so much, thank you for bringing back great memories as a student! Keep up the good work!
