Our stay at Cedar Manor was excellent ,the room was fabulous with everything we could need for a first class stay. The view from the windows was stunning the room was cleaned every day by lovely friendly staff, there was a great choice of items to choose from the breakfast.menu, these were served every morning by Jonathan & Caroline the owners. The hotel is ideally situated with bus stops outside that take you to lots of the main places. We highly recommend this hotel and will be returning again soon.

Prior to arrival Jonathan was really helpful to us and accommodated our change of request. Our suite was fantastic, very clean and modern but maintaining the character of the property. Breakfast was varied and a fabulous choice. There is not anything we would fault or criticise. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay this time. Two nights was not enough. Thank you Cedar Manor Team for making our stay perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Cedar Manor in Windermere. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and its peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Windermere train station, which made getting there very easy. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a definite highlight, easily a 10/10, with great quality and plenty of choice to start the day right. One thing to keep in mind is to plan ahead for dinner. It can be quite difficult to find a taxi in the evening, and there aren’t many nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Bringing some snacks or making dinner arrangements in advance would definitely help. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing stay, and would highly recommend Cedar Manor for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Windermere.

Fantastic stay( Barring Storm Beolo) A really pleasant and tastefully decorated boutique hotel that the owners can be really proud of. Caroline and Jonathan were lovely hosts. A fine breakfast set us up for the day so we could explore the local area. The hotel was spotlessly clean aswell with a very comfortable bed aswell as a nice rainfall shower and spa bath. The gardens were very well tended and I think they’d be spectacular in the height of summer. Overall a very pleasant stay which I would definitely visit again.
