The room was lovely, the helpful information and instructions were clear and easy to understand.
(Might add some instructions for the coffee machine as I was being dim!)

Safe, clean, quiet, and cosy. A quaint walk from the train station. My only issue is that I found the room to be quite cold with no way to adjust the temperature myself. There is no staff on the property, so not an easy fix.

Lovely big room with a big bed. 2 armchair in the bay windows. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable.
Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day.
In all, an excellent break.

Also when we arrive had no electricity. No warning nor explanation or communication at all.
