Perfect downtown location, great communication. Very very clean and safe. Only down side you have to pay for parking every time you leave. $5 weekdays $10 weekends.

The layout and amenities were great!! However there are windows tht are broken and have tape covering them, the toilet broke and there was broken legs on a chair and night stand. The key fob didn’t work for the elevators so we kept having to take the stairs. Some minor inconvenience for an otherwise nice place to stay.

When we arrived at the apartment there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper left between the two bathrooms for our 4 nights stay. Also, only 2 forks and a spoon for the 3 of us. We did message and got a fairly quick response and more supplies were dropped off to us which we appreciated.

Place was perfect for our trip. Pretty view and good location. The bed was very firm which was fine for us but could be a little softer for comfort, Thr towels were tiny, which just made it necessary to use 2 each, I would stay here again.

Indie Deep Ellum was a great place to stay! It was nice to have more space than a traditional hotel room, and the access to all of the amenities was super convenient.

Location is perfect, downtown, nice venue.
Downside neighborhood:
- people love to smoke weed (on streets, but also on the floor where we stayed)
Downside appartment:
- microwave didn't work
- only 3 glasses, or actually 2 because 1 broke
- shower curtain had hairs from previous occupants
- very loud neighbors with music ontal 5am in the morning!
Good about the stay:
- overall clean building
- gym
Other improvements:
- guidance on how to enter the building from the garage (elevator)

This is an excellent upscale location in an ultra modern building which includes a patio, BBQs and gym. Very easy and safe walking, even to downtown.

Throughout the stay, our key fob along with nearly everyone else's in the building failed to work which caused the elevators to not work properly. We had to walk up 6 floors twice. Our door keypad failed to work on the day of our checkout, several hours before checkout time. We literally had to sit outside our room for over an hour waiting to get this resolved. The only thing the staff said was we are sorry. We sat out for over an hour!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the experience of the last day. TERRIBLE!!!

Had a pretty negative experience. Though it was centrally located, which was great, location wasn’t the best in regard to feeling safe. There was stuff all over the floor, floors were sticky, lack of towels, lack of paper towels, and so forth. We got locked out before our check out time. Hallways & elevators smelt horrible.
It was a beautiful apartment complex! We loved the pool, weight room, and the rooms were cute. We appreciated the details for check in.

Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great!
